She took us back in time on multiple occasions to provide perspective of what was going on when certain buildings/palaces/churches were built. Entertaining, pleasant, and patient (with our frequent questions).   Long was also very helpful with our activities during the rest of our time in Vienna.  Definitely recommend her for a private tour like ours or for a larger group tour.

We visited downtown Vienna and the Schonbrunn Palace with Long, she was an exceptional guide who made us feel like we were on a full VIP experience. Between her knowledge of history and her interest in the various places we visited, she made everything very interesting and enjoyable. She also had her own secrets which also made us feel like we were seeing things that would not be possible without her knowledge of the city. She also scheduled a coffee stop which was perfect because we covered so much ground that we needed some break time. I would heartily recommend Long to anyone looking for a special guided tour in Vienna!!
